The combination of H₂ gas inhalation and H₂-enriched dialysate offers a novel and promising approach to managing oxidative stress and improving the quality of life in patients on HD. However, further research is essential to optimize treatment protocols, ensure safety, and develop comprehensive clinical guidelines for the widespread adoption of this therapy.
